		<description>Absolutely right. Too many corporations (particularly those in the information technology and scientific fields) view PowerPoint as a birthright. Not so. It makes sense for some audiences and not for others.

The way I explain it to presentation skills clients: Turn off the default switch that forces you to use PowerPoint for every public speaking engagement. Judge each opportunity on its own particular needs.
